Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a person to take over our vacant room from **1. October until the end of January** (flexible). The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared terrace as well as a kitchen and a living/dining room. The apartment and the room are very bright and offer a beautiful view over the entire city. The bus stop with lines **80, 78 and 67** is only **5 minutes walking distance** away. The terminus of the **green tram line 3** can be reached in about **15 minutes on foot**. The current roommates are Nina, doctor, and Mirela, architect. We are looking for a sympathetic person around 30, who is considerate and wants an enjoyable life together and wishes to share the home together. :)
