Room in a shared flat

**Do you have a desire for an extraordinary place and a colorful mix of lovely people, are you willing to lend a hand, are you open-minded, queer-friendly, and enjoy collective decision-making and design processes?** Then the two-story studio space in our 24/7 usable space of 2 x approximately 9m² (downstairs a closed room aka Space Cave with a starry sky ceiling, upstairs a free gallery space; both individually adaptable) plus shared areas, plenty of space to be and room for ideas in our hall might be yours! We have a super-equipped open kitchen and a large dining area where we like to cook, eat, and sit together. In addition, there are various communal lounges and chill-out areas, several desks, a workshop where almost all projects can be implemented, and even a swing. CHF 540 net rent p. M. CHF 220 additional costs p. M. CHF 2700 deposit (five net monthly rents) The additional costs include CHF 200 household contribution for shared expenses, communal household needs, a generous stock of food, and two Solawi subscriptions for vegetables and dairy products, as well as CHF 20 solidarity contribution. Additionally, there is an annual CHF 50 membership fee (since we are organized as an association) and four flexible, half-day deployments in the solidarity agriculture; monthly approximately one association and one shared flat meeting, as well as participation in joint activities, tasks, and actions according to your desire. It is important to us to organize ourselves well with the place and together. Here it's sometimes more, sometimes less lively, we make sure to pay attention to each other, and with us, you'll find more self-made structures than perfect order. We wish for around mid-July, at the latest early August, a committed person who would like to become a long-term part of our community.
