I'm subletting my cozy, fully furnished apartment near Albisriederplatz in Zurich, available from September 14th, and I'd love for someone to enjoy it as much as I have. The sublet will run until the end of March 2027. I'm subletting because I'll be off traveling during this period, and I want to leave the place in good hands. A little about the apartment: It has 3 rooms, 2 spacious bedrooms and one bright, generous living room, perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. You're just 2 minutes on foot from tram lines 2 and 3, and bus lines 33, 72, and 83, with Hardbrücke train station only 5 minutes away by bus. Both a Coop and a Migros are less than 5 minutes away, and the post office is just around the corner too. Beyond the everyday essentials, you'll find theaters, restaurants, bars, and several lovely parks all within walking distance, so there's always something nearby. Everything is fully furnished and ready to move in, no shopping trips or setup needed, just bring your suitcase and settle in. The monthly price is 3025 chf.
