Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in a 2-person shared flat immediately, limited for 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.

I am looking for someone quiet like me who also needs to go to bed between 10-11 PM because I have to get up early.
Someone who also prefers to be in their room; there is no living room.
It is not a party flat or a place where people are constantly coming and going, but rather an oasis of calm :)
The room is only rented to one person, otherwise it would be overcrowding and would lead to grounds for termination for the main tenant.

A complete application with a photo and information about you is always required.
A criminal record extract and an extract from the debt enforcement register are mandatory.
As well as proof of employment and a rental deposit account.

The apartment is super central, great neighbors, animal-loving, and you are at Sternen Oerlikon in 7 min, Oerlikon HB in 9 min, Zürich HB in 18 min. Uni and Tierspital are very close.

I am only looking for a female roommate, please only apply if this applies to you.

Once again as info: no party flat, really a room for weekly residents or those seeking peace :)
