Room in a shared flat

Hello I am looking for a new roomate as my current one is moving out. The apartment is 2-3 minutes from Wiedikon Bahnhof with everything you need walking distance away: shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, sports ammenities and nature (Sihl River Walk is 5 minutes away). I don't know the exact area of the apartment or room, but a lot of it is angled (it is the top floor), so the area is not the best representation of size. Hopefully you're able to gauge from the photos. About me: 26 year old guy working as an energy analyst. I like doing sports, going in nature and also spending time by myself (reading, languages, movies etc). I speak (swiss-) German and English natively and also decent Spanish. I tend to stay in the apartment during the weekends and do not travel frequently. I am swiss but did not grow up in Zürich. Ideally I'd want a male student / young professional roughly my age. Important would be that this person is somewhat clean and also that they're not looking to host people more than 2-3 times per month regularily. These are not hard criteria.
