Hello dear shared room interested parties I rent a beautiful spacious room in a quiet, green and yet central location in Zürich-Seebach. From the apartment you can find various supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, tennis courts, fitness studio, post office, etc. within a few minutes' walking distance. The highway entrance is nearby and you can reach the Zürich airport in 10 minutes, Oerlikon in 5 minutes, and Zürich-HB in 15 minutes. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Seebach tram station. From there, there are good connections to the airport, Zürich-Oerlikon, Zürich-HB, etc. Recreational areas such as the Katzensee, the Seebach outdoor pool, and the forest are also nearby and can be easily reached on foot. The room is very cozy and comfortably furnished: with parquet floor, a large wardrobe, single box spring bed, desk, wall cabinet, own TV in the room. Your room also includes a private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. In addition, a private parking space in the underground garage is rented with the room (150 CHF per month). The apartment also has its own washing machine and dryer, which can be used. The kitchen, the open and bright living room, and the sunny garden with seating and grill can also be used. The room is available from August 1, 2026. Upon moving in, a rent deposit in the amount of two months' rent is due. Who am I?
