We are exchanging our spacious 3.5-room apartment, centrally located in Oerlikon/Irchel (8057 Zürich), for one of similar size in Dübendorf or Glattpark (Opfikon).

• Elevator (goes down to the cellars, laundry room and drying room)

• Kitchen with oven and refrigerator (no dishwasher, but the possibility to connect one)
• hugely large communal roof terrace with a beautiful view
• private cellar compartment
• laundry room and large drying room in the cellar

One balcony is directly accessible from the living room, the second from the large bedroom.
The house is from 1957 and the apartment has rather an older standard of fittings. The kitchen appliances were recently replaced.
Parquet flooring in the living room and bedroom, laminate in the small room, hallway and bathroom with PVC flooring, kitchen floor tiled.

The LOCATION:
In the Oerlikonerstrasse between the stops Berninaplatz and Hirschwiesenstrasse.
Through these stops, one has very fast and good connections to the airport as well as to the city center. Oerlikon station is nearby, from there one has optimal train connections in all directions.
Lots of greenery in the surroundings, the Irchelpark is about 5 minutes away on foot.
Diverse shopping possibilities, restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is perfectly suitable for a single person, a couple or a WG.
Garage parking spaces in the neighboring house as well as outdoor parking spaces can be requested and rented from the administration. The administration is small, helpful and nice.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR a well-laid-out apartment, approx. 65-75 qm in size. It must have a good infrastructure in the immediate vicinity and a balcony or a terrace.
What is decisive for us is not the size of the apartment, but a good, practical layout.
Dübendorf and Glattpark are our preferred areas.
