Furnished 2.5-room apartment in a central location – 5 mins to Oerlikon train station

I am subletting my furnished apartment in Oerlikon for one month. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift and a balcony.

Equipment:
Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.), bathroom, as well as shared washing machine and dryer. A home office setup (screen, keyboard, etc.) is also available if needed.

Location:

• Approx. 5 min walk to Oerlikon station (every 5 minutes a connection to Zurich HB)
• Approx. 10 min by train to Zurich Airport
• Restaurants, cafés, bars, bakery, supermarkets (Aldi, Coop), Jumbo, various shops and gyms reachable in approx. 3 min walk

The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple, professionals relocating to Zurich, persons with temporary work assignments, or as a comfortable home while looking for a long-term apartment.

Rent: CHF 2,490 per month (incl. heating, water, electricity, internet and TV)
Rental period: 31 October 2026 – 30 November 2026
Preference: rental for the entire rental period
Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
Non-smoking apartment, no pets
Deposit: 2000 CHF
