Room in a shared flat

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share my bright, spacious flat in Wipkingen, one of Zurich’s nicest neighbourhoods.
The flat

• Large, partially furnished flat (the room itself is unfurnished)
• Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the flat
• A few minutes’ walk to Wipkingen station, with Coop and Migros just around the corner
• Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with easy access to the river, cafés and the city centre

The room

• 12 m², unfurnished, so you can make it your own
• CHF 1,600/month, all utilities included
• Available from: January/February (To discuss)

About me
I’m Victor, a Product Manager originally from Spain. I’m outgoing and love sports, music, reading and spending time with friends. I’m out a lot, so you’ll have plenty of space, but I also enjoy sharing a meal and a good conversation at home. Every now and then I host dinners with friends, and you’re always welcome to join.
About you

• Between 28 and 37
• Tidy, respectful and outgoing
• Up for the occasional shared dinner or chat in the kitchen, while also valuing your own space

If this sounds like you, send me a message with a few lines about yourself: what you do, what you enjoy, and when you’d like to move in. I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
