A 14.4 square meter unfurnished room is available for rent in a two-person shared apartment in a terraced family house. The room is located on the first floor and has access to a kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor. The room will initially be rented as a sublet until November, after which the tenant can take over the room permanently.
