Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone i am offering a room for rent in my cozy old building apartment. It is a 3.5 room apartment. Since I am often on the road for work, I don't really need the rooms and would therefore like to sublet 2 of them. Currently, my tenant is still living in the 2 rooms, but he is moving back to Australia in September. Here are a few details: *Room size: These are 2 separate rooms. Room 1 with balcony and built-in wardrobe has an area of approx. 19 square meters and is currently used as an office. Room 2 is currently used as a bedroom and has approx. 14 square meters including a small wall shelf. *Available from: 01. October 2026 *Balcony: Yes, there is a balcony for shared use. This is accessible from Room 1 and my room. *WLAN: Yes, fiber optic WLAN is available for shared use and is included in the rent. *Kitchen & Bath: These are used jointly and can be seen in the pictures. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer for the entire house (4 residential units). *Surroundings: Denner approx. 2 minutes away on foot. Migros & large Coop approx. 4 minutes on foot. Also 4 minutes away is a Post. Tram and bus approx. 3 minutes on foot. Currently living in the WG: \- 1 man, 26 years (employed) I am also looking for someone employed (regardless of whether man or woman).
